Recomended rinse times may vary based on your personal pH, prep etc but as a guideline:

1-2 Hour Rinse: Light Tan

3-4 Hour Rinse: Light-Medium Tan

5-6 Hour Rinse: Medium Dark Tan

7-8+ Hour Rinse: Dark tan*
